Denise Lostumo heads our analytical team, applying quantitative techniques to solve business problems. She has 20 years of experience in building predictive models - including response, look-alike/clone, attrition, and value models. She has used a variety of statistical techniques to develop multi-dimensional customer segmentations. She also has expertise in design of experiments and analysis of direct mail and email campaigns.
As the Manager of Analytics at Tribune Publishing, Denise led a team of quantitative professionals to support acquisition and retention strategies for eight newspapers in both the direct mail and email channels. Prior to Tribune, Denise worked at Rapp Worldwide, ultimately leading a team of analysts supporting retail, banking, hospitality, and automotive clients.
Denise holds a M.S. in Mathematics with an emphasis in Statistics from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She also earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.
